Coaching in practice
The coaching process starts with an initial meeting—preferably in person—to introduce ourselves, establish ground rules, and define the expectations and limits of the intervention.
As the coaching intervention is like a tailored suit, the following steps depend uniquely on you and your agenda. Generally, coaching involves several sessions, each lasting 1-2 hours, held every 2 to 4 weeks. After 4 to 8 sessions, or at the coachee's request, the achievements are assessed and compared with the initial goals set at the start of the process.
We recommend all coachees consider coaching a tool for continuous and long-lasting learning that can accompany them through their career development, not just a means to achieve personal goals.
