What coaching is

Coaching is . . .

Among the many definitions of coaching, we love the concise and crisp definition given by Jenny Roger, who wrote that coaching “ . . . has the sole aim of closing the gap between the client’s potential and performance . . . ”

Each one of us has a potential that is not fully realised, either because of old approaches that have been left unquestioned for years, or because the effort is spent on areas that are not in line with inner values.

The goal of coaching is to overcome issues and support the attainment of full capabilities.

Our aim is to accompany you in your  journey to become a more effective manager and leader by improving your emotional self-awareness, the understanding of your unique strengths and skills, the definition and the achievment of your personal objectives, and the reframing of situations that may prevent or hinder your progress.

 . .  . and what about mentoring?

Mentoring is essentially a coaching augmented. Knowledge and experience on management provides the possibility  to introduce specific professional frameworks and the ability to question and  challenge the client to bring about awereness and learning.
