Coaching in practice

The coaching process starts with an initial meeting – preferably in person - to introduce ourselves, the ground rules, and to define the expectations and the limits of the intervention.

As the coaching intervention is like a tailored suit, the following steps depend uniquely on you and your agenda. In general, coaching relies on a number of sessions, with a duration of 1 – 2 hours once every 2 to 4 weeks. After 4 to 8 sessions, or at the request of the coachee, the achievements are assessed and compared with the initial goals set out at the start of the process.

We recommend all coachees to consider coaching a tool for continuous and long-lasting learning that can accompany them through their career development and not limited to a means to achieve personal goals.
